Paul Hodgson
MANAGING DIRECTOR & FUND MANAGER
Paul joined Eskmuir’s board as Investment Director in 2006 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2007. Paul was formerly a Divisional Director at Warner Estate, responsible for the Apia Regional Office and Agora Shopping Centre Funds with assets totalling c£900m.
Jim Harding
FINANCE DIRECTOR & COMPANY SECRETARY
Jim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. Prior to joining Eskmuir he was involved with the float and ongoing management of Max Property Group Plc and held senior positions at Prestbury Investment Holdings Ltd and Chelsfield Plc.
John Sullivan
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Before joining Eskmuir, John worked at Drivers Jonas focusing on the strategic and asset management of a number of Central London landed estates. He has experience in investment acquisitions and valuations, agency, lease advisory and property management.
Kenneth Jamieson
SENIOR ASSET MANAGER
Kenneth has over 19 years of property market experience having previously worked as a Director focusing on fund management at Invista Real Estate and as an investment agent at DTZ. He has UK-wide experience in investment transactions, asset management and valuation.
Anna Butler
ASSET MANAGER
Anna has extensive private and public sector nationwide real estate experience with a focus on asset and property management across various asset classes. Additionally, she has experience in corporate real estate, rent reviews, lease renewals, leasehold disposals and identifying and delivering asset enhancement strategies.
Amal Dharamsi
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Amal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants and has managed clients in the FCA regulated and tech spaces, whilst working with service providers both in the UK and globally. Before joining Eskmuir, Amal worked at Buzzacott LLP and Fitzgerald & Law LLP (now Zedra).

Stuart Beevor
CHAIRMAN OF INVESTMENT ADVISORY BOARD
Stuart’s previous roles include; Managing Director of Grosvenor Fund Management, Managing Director of Legal & General Property Ltd and numerous roles in the UK and South Africa for Norwich Union. Stuart was Chairman of the Investment Property Forum 1998/9.
Paul Warren
MEMBER OF INVESTMENT ADVISORY BOARD
Paul is a former Bursar at Clare College, Cambridge. Prior to this he was Bursar at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge and held Chief Executive, Chief Investment Officer and senior investment management roles at Putman Investments, American Express Asset Management, Solomon Brothers and Morgan Grenfell in London, Asia and the USA.
