A multi-let industrial estate totalling 120,000 sq ft located within the prime industrial cluster of Milton Keynes with easy access to the A5 and M1. Since acquisition the Fund have completed over 30 leasing transactions across the Estate, improving the rental income by c. 40% and the market rental value by over 80%.
During the Fund’s ownership the estate has been modernised and subject to an enhanced management regime creating an improved occupier experience. The Fund has also actively sought to enhance the energy performance of the Estate, improving the EPC rating of the units from a mixture of D, E & F ratings to an EPC B on refurbishment.
