Insurance agency Coface UK Services Ltd has announced it has signed a new 10-year lease at DPFC’s 34 Clarendon Road in central Watford.
Located in the heart of Watford town centre, Clarendon Road is home to several leading businesses including TJX, KPMG, PWC, and Ralph Lauren, thanks to its close proximity to Watford Junction station.
Following a recent refurbishment at 34 Clarendon Road, Coface UK Services Ltd, has agreed a new long-term lease on suites 2.1 and 2.2 at the office development.
As well as its prime location, 34 Clarendon Road also features amenities including new VRV air conditioning, LED lighting, cycle storage and “active travel” occupier facilities.
